Company Secretary

   
  Job description
  • To carry out the more technical duties such as formation of company, share transfer, share allotment, increase in share capital, alternation of memorandum and articles of association, change of company name, change of directors and secretary, members' voluntary winding up, registration of overseas Company in Hong Kong, and so on
  • To provide adequate briefing to junior staff
  • To supervise the work of junior staff, and to provide on the job training where necessary
  • To review the work undertaken by junior staff to ensure that it is adequate and complete
  • To identify and resolve any problems arising during the course of the assignment
  • To act as the primary point of client contact during the assignment and to ensure that the client receives a high quality and responsive services at all times
  • To identify opportunities for the firm to provide additional specialist services to clients, and to report these to the Engagement Director
   
  Specific requirements
 
  1. 3 years of above relevant experience
  2. HKICS finalist or member
  3. Able to handle company secretarial work independently
  4. Proficiency in using CSA
  5. Fluent in speaking English and Mandarin
