Our practice was registered and practiced in name of Charles Ho & Co as early as 1987, being a sole proprietorship practice of our founder partner, Mr Charles Ho. The practice was transformed into a partnership business in 1993. In 2000, the practice was incorporated under the name Ho, Au Yeung & Ng CPA Limited. In the same year, Mr Steve Chung was promoted to be a director to expand the client base and strengthen the client services. At the end of 2002, we underwent a restructuring of our practice. Following the practice restructuring, we changed the name of the practice to Ho & Chung CPA Limited.
